Your new Cairn Terrier puppy has been on a de-worming and vaccination schedule when you recieve him/her. You will recieve a shot/worming record. It is very important you provide this information to your veterinarian as soon as possible. Worming and vaccinations, including yearly boosters, must continue on a regular basis, or contract is void. We ask that the new owner excercise reasonable care and caution relative to the exposure of the puppy to potentially contaminated environments such as the veterinary office, other kennels, dog shows, dog parks, etc. until the initial vaccination series is completed. Please be aware the puppy has not recieved its full immunization series and can be very suceptible to serious, often life threatening diseases. The seller can not be responsible for exposure to communicable diseases after the puppy has left our home. The buyer agrees to take exceptional care of this Cairn Terrier puppy and provide adequate quality puppy food, water and housing, grooming and medical care. The buyer agrees to follow the breeder's recommendations regarding feeding, exercise, and general care of the puppy.
These conditions must be met for the guarantee to remain in effect.
Remember, puppies are babies also!!! They need LOVE, rest, fresh water. quality puppy food and a warm safe environment in which to rest and excercise.
Unless otherwise stated below, all puppies are sold as pets and with limited registration. This means any offspring of this Cairn Terrier puppy is not eligible for registration. We STRONGLY urge you to have your new Cairn Terrier, spayed or neutered before the puppy is 6 [six] months old. . Our Puppies are sold on a Spay/Neuter contract. This is advantageous to both the puppies health in later years, and in his acclimatization into your home and lifestyle. A spayed/neutered pet is usually more calm, easier to housebreak, and will fit into the hierarchy of the household much better than one that is not spayed/neutered. As these puppies are sold as pets, with limited registration, no guarantee is given as to confirmation or breeding ability. If your puppy is sold with unlimited registration [ offspring can be registed with AKC ] there will be an additional charge.
We NEVER want a Cairn Terrier from our Kennel to be deserted. If you feel you can not keep your Cairn Terrier, always know he/she can come back to Cedar Creeks Cairn Terrier's. We will accept the dog/ puppy back ,with open loving arms, but we are not obligated to return any funds paid for the puppy or do any exchanges except for the reasons given above. The Cairn Terrier will be signed back over to us as owners with registration papers.
Breeder is bound by this agreement to the original buyer only. We require a $200.00 non-refundable deposit to hold a puppy. The rest of the payment must be received in full at time of shipping or pick up of the Cairn Terrier. We accept cash, money orders, or certified checks. No personal checks are accepted.
Micro-chipping of your new family member is available upon request at a small additional charge [$40.00]. This includes information and forms to register the microchip and a collar with the number to call if the pet is found. Micro-chipping is also available at most veterinatians, and is well worth the expense.
